Travelers share their love at the Winspear Center
Travelers along the Trans Canadian railway this Valentine's Day can share their feelings through a romantic evening with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra (ESO). "Let's Fall in Love," a performance featuring vocalist John Pagano, will serenade audience members with classic love melodies including "Time After Time," "Ain't That a Kick in the Head" and "This Guy's In Love With You."
The show will take place at the Winspear Center, one of the finest performance spaces in Canada. Its state-of-the-art acoustical design provides musicians with the ideal setting to give guests a high-quality performance. The glass tower and open exterior adds a visually stimulating landmark to Edmonton's downtown square.
Guests can enter the Founders' Room lobby, where they will witness a panoramic view of the square. Complete with a full bar, fireplace and piano, couples can start off their intimate evening before they even enter the auditorium. After a sightseeing adventure on Canadian rail tours, relaxing by the fire with a cocktail may be just what travelers need.
The center has hosted internationally known artists from all over, and will continue to bring acclaimed concerts and events after the Valentine holiday. Ben Folds, the former frontman of Ben Folds Five who has recently ventured on his own with a successful solo career, will perform with ESO this March. Visit the pristine venue to be a guest at one of these anticipated events.
