This is one of our Canadian Rockies train tours that takes a more northerly route from Vancouver, through the beautiful Olympic village of Whistler, then on to Quesnel and the northern Canadian Rockies town of Jasper.And without doubt it is one of the most spectacular train journeys anywhere in the world. At times you are just feet from the sea, at other times you are thousands of feet above a canyon in the high desert country of BC’s interior. And this is all before you get anywhere near the Canadian Rockies!
This route was started a few years ago by the same company that operates the Canadian Rockies train, The Rocky Mountaineer.
